We don't have an automated public status dashboard yet, so this page shows no “all systems operational” light. Here's how we handle incidents in the meantime.

How incidents are communicated
If there's a disruption that affects your monitoring or reports, we notify affected accounts directly rather than expecting you to check a page. A hosted status page will live here once there's real uptime monitoring behind it.
A note on the AI engines
Some slowdowns come from the third-party AI providers we query, not from us. When a provider is unavailable, a run falls back to labelled demo data instead of failing silently, so you can always tell whether a result is live.
