Master Service Agreement
Short version: there isn't one yet, and here is exactly why plus what governs the relationship in the meantime.
There is no MSA to send yet
A master service agreement is a negotiated commercial contract between two legal entities. One of them does not exist yet, so there is nothing to countersign and no template worth pretending otherwise about. Saying this costs a page of impressive-looking clauses and saves the conversation that follows a buyer's lawyer reading them.
What governs the relationship today
The terms of service, the privacy summary and the subprocessor list — all three written from the code and all three on this site. For most buyers at our price point that is the whole of it, and Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record handles the commercial mechanics of the purchase itself.
If you need a signed agreement
Write to legal@brandclimbai.com and say what your procurement process requires. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it now, and if we cannot, when. An enterprise evaluation is on /solutions/enterprise, including the list of things that are not built.
